What is Pre & Post-Surgery?

Pre and post-surgical manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle technique that encourages the natural movement of lymph, carrying waste products away from the tissues.

After surgery, the therapist gently works the lymph nodes and guides post-surgical swelling towards them, supporting a smoother recovery and helping reduce bruising and fibrosis. We always work in line with your surgeon’s guidance.
